The Macromedia Mobile Users Group in Boston is sponsoring a Flash Lite Application Contest - full details here. It's open to anyone in the world and all submissions must be new and not publicly available. Contest ends 11pm EDT 25 Nov with winners being announced the first week of December.
It's great to see the community have contests like this and to encourage developers to create new Flash Lite content. I anticipate there being other contests in other geographies over the next several months - stay tuned.
