do you know if it is possible to use xml socket for interaction between Flash and a native BREW application, similar manner to the way people integrate Flash and PPC apps?

Yes, XML sockets are supported in Flash Lite 2.1 for BREW.

From session 501 ... "Handles Key Events (Key Down, Key, Key Up)" ... does this mean UDLR, 0-9*# support or UD and 0-9*# support?
Also, are softkeys available (and remappable)?

In terms of other FL content types ... I take it that sub-LCD functionality is NOT available, only screensaver mode as mentioned, correct?

As far I know, O2 is UK licensed BREW, so O2 would be having BREW pretty soon.
